CALIFORNIA CHERRIES ARE HERE!

California Stone Fruit season kicks off with sublime Tioga Cherries from Fruit World. Tioga cherries have consistently been some of the first harvested in California. Tiogas have glossy firm dark flesh and a very sweet flavor that is similar to Bings. Fruit World had excellent chill hours this winter in all growing districts and warmer temperatures throughout the San Joaquin Valley last week have fostered maturity in this early variety grown in the Patterson area, about 30 minutes southwest of Modesto.
