SUNRISE SWEET YELLOW CARROTS

Beautiful yellow bunched carrots from Sunrise Organic Farm are in season! Sunrise’s yellow carrots are a sweet Nantes variety, which have rounded shoulders and blunt non-tapered tips. The flavor is typically sweeter than orange carrots with nuanced flavors of celery, parsley, and parsnips. Great for eating raw in a crudité, roasted with your favorite summer herbs, served in a salad, or pickled.

Sunrise grows 4 varieties of carrots that make it into their gorgeous rainbow carrot bunches. When the farm has a bumper crop, they are able to offer them as a single variety bunch. Yellow bunched carrots add a pop of color to your summer meals!
