BLACK MISSION FIGS
Black Mission Figs are the most common variety with deep purple to black skin, watermelon to pink colored flesh and good flavor. They are delicious eaten fresh or dried.
CANDY SNAP GRAPES
Candy Snap Grapes have a wonderful tropical, fruity and sweet taste. High sugar and low acidity with firm, crisp berries make this a favorite.
LAMB HASS AVOCADO
Lamb Hass avocados have exceptional flavor and are easy to peel. It is very similar in appearance to the Hass but with a large robust size. This delicious late season avocado is a cross between a Hass and Gwen avocado.
SUNRISE SWEET YELLOW CARROTS
Beautiful yellow bunched carrots from Sunrise Organic Farm are in season! The flavor is typically sweeter than orange carrots with nuanced flavors of celery, parsley, and parsnips. Great for eating raw in a crudité, roasted with your favorite summer herbs, served in a salad, or pickled.
FIRST CALIFORNIA FIGS
Figs love the hot days and warm nights and are grown mainly in the central valley around the Fresno/Madera area to up north of Sacramento in Corning.

California Stone Fruit season kicks off with sublime Coral Cherries from Fruit World! Corals have glossy firm dark flesh and a very sweet flavor that is similar to Bings.
ENGLISH AND SNAP PEAS
Nothing says spring like fresh English and Sugar Snap Peas. English Peas are also called Pod Peas, Garden Peas or Shelling Peas. Earl’s California English Peas, the large Mr. Big variety, and Sugar Snap Peas are coming from Tutti Frutti in Santa Barbara County.
